Carl John Mozal: I ordered one arbor, but two boxes came. Thought it was a mistake, until after opening the first box did not find all the parts. But they were in the second box. And so were many other parts totally not needed for my project. What should I do with all the extra parts? It would be a waste to toss them out.
Packing was badly planned.

Very Satisfied Customer: I actually have 2 of these, 1 in each of the back corners of my backyard. They are lovely. My brother installed the 1st one (after I assembled it) and immediately he said "You know you need another one for the other corner". When I saw this one on sale, I ordered it, assembled it by myself and installed it by myself (no mean feat because here in Tennessee we have SERIOUS clay. ) I have another one made by the same company that is 5 years old & have had NO trouble at all even though we had a serious freeze this last winter. This is a very well made product that will bring you many years of joy, and since there is no metal, it will not rust or cook your plants. Very well packed and not to heavy to lift or assemble. You will be glad that you bought this :)

floridagalfloridagal: Overall very nice trellis.. Its top heavy, so you need to support bottom somehow. I read the reviews of others on here and I purchased 2 (4 ft long) metal tubes, like conduit pipe. I cut in half and fit it inside the plastic anchor piece that they gave you to anchor it with. I screwed the metal poles onto the plastic and then hammered into the ground 2 feet, leaving that 6 or so inches of pipe that stays up top .We will see how itgoes.. I might also get some of that strong fishing line and tie around top area and tie to bushes just in case. If this falls over it will tall onto sidewalk or into street area.

SilverSmith: Once assembled and in place this arbour looks very good but if you push it or lean on it it is very flexible and a bit wobbly. I have another arbour with wider posts which is quite stable. Still, it's a decent product.
