Loretta Horvath: This is my go to healthy fat as part of a nutritional plan I follow, called the Fast Metabolism Diet. Healthy fats are allowed on the plan 3 out of 7 days per week and I always look forward to having this delicious pecan butter on those days. Artisana walnut butter is great also, but the pecan/cashew is my favorite. It's a bit pricey, but totally worth it in my opinion.

Chris: I absolutely love the taste of this pecan and cashew butter. I don't know how I'll ever go back to anything else! I use it on a toasted, light English muffin for breakfast and it makes the beginning of my day so happy. I wish it was a little cheaper so I could stock up on a lot! It's so delicious.
