Gordon Courage: We redid out count tops so got this to add a new detail to match out fancy counters. Works great and can have bot the spray and nozzle work at the same time. It was easy to install compared to some i've done. As we have had it for a while we have noticed some of the paint rubbing off in areas that are touched a lot. It appears to be gold coloured underneath. Ours was black when we purchaed. That is the only complaint

Stave: Fitting this faucet should have been a cinch, but there's an issue. There are four lengths of tubing that have to fit through the sleeve that holds the faucet to the sink, two of which join together when the faucet is in place. One length of pipe has a large plastic quick-release valve on it, which has to go through the sleeve first, or you can't get the other tubes though. But, and here's the issue, the plastic valve is on the shortest piece of pipe. That means that when working on a sink that's already in place, it's really difficult to feed the other tubes through the sleeve because you're working up behind the sink bowl. The solution is easy - just put the plastic valve on the longest pipe, it's what you connect the shortest pipe to in the end, so it really makes no difference to the operation of the faucet. It will make the installation so much easier, though.

For all that, once fitted, this is a nice faucet and good value for money.

Sarabelle84: We installed a $$$ faucet when we remodeled in 2019. It broke within 4 years. The ball bearing joint that held the rotating head on popped out somehow, which sent water spraying everywhere. I decided to try this super cheap replacement since I figured it should at least give us a few months to save for another nice one. This thing works great. I’m surprised by how well it is made for how cheap it is. We have had it a few months now & have no complaints. I won’t be looking for a replacement unless this one breaks too.

noel moore: For the price, it was worth it. Will it last long term? Absolutely not. However, my original faucet sprung a leak and I could not afford the $150+ that Lowes and home depot want for basic faucets right at that moment. So, this did the trick, and it looks great. But, the button to switch water streams/pressure is leaky and poor quality. The w settings want to run at the same time and water leaks from the button itself after only a week after install. Still not mad because the price point is fair

Jim BucciJim Bucci: Great value for the money, and installation was quite easy. I was replacing an existing, broken faucet and the biggest difficulty was removing the old one! That has nothing to do with the ARRISEA faucet, but the effort added to the total installation time. Once the old one was finally removed, the ARRISEA was fairly easy to install which took me about 45 minutes. It all depends upon your under cabinet access space and the previous installation. A completely new install would be less than 30 minutes. There are a few small issues to note but not complaints nor big problems.

First, the instructions include installing the base plate. As you can see from the photo, this is not necessary and makes a much cleaner install without it. You would only need the cover plate if your previous faucet had 3-holes drilled into the counter. As I said, no big deal but a note in the instructions "with or without" would have given me greater confidence my choice would not affect the overall faucet install.

The second small issue was that my ARRISEA faucet came with the spray-hose already attached to the quick connector. The installation instruction diagrams show...

Jonny and Becca: Bought the F150 model last year after having my Danze fail. Costs keep going up, and I wasn't ready to drop the amount that Canadian Tire or Walmart were asking. Amazon comes to the rescue after finding this faucet from ARRISEA.

Installation: Super easy. Everything in the box. Goes in like a dream. Seals nicely. No leaks.

Use: Sturdy handle. Spring is nice. Retractor weight is perfect. Faucet head feels nice. Good flow.

Quality: Well built. Plastic core. Unknown build of catridge, but, feels very nice. Metal looks and feels good. Nice baseplate and foam seal core (good touch with the foam!).

Durability: Lasted for 1.5 years. No leaks. No rust on metal. No issues with cartridge. Spray/aerator switch works. But the head blew off and faucet splatters water everywhere now.

EDIT:
Had the same problem as some others, where the faucet head exploded off of the faucet (black end that directs the water out of the sprayer or aerator). The manufacturer contacted me very quickly, and I had a replacement in a couple of days. Same unit, but new model (new faucet head redesign). Thanks ARRISEA!

Jerry Braun: NOTE: bought this because it:
A. had a long extend hose, not a fixed length as some with no extend. Look carefully and compare.
B. faucet sits 7" above base of counter, vs 3" on some others, which would always be in the way. Compare.

Happy it works well day one, 8 minute to remove old, 4 min to install this with basic channel locks or pliers, to tighten (and hardes was to loosen old). Phillips for the set screws and nice heavy weight it comes with.

I did not bother undoing the quick connect, waste of time and less chance problem when reconnected, the looped end was flex enough to make it through hole of sink without disconnecting.

Instructions more or less worthless. Would be nice to have a blow up for where the washers belong, (insert in diagram that shows washers in relation to counter, but : Apparently one rubber on top of sink is inset into unit, so kept that as it came and was the only one i used on top of sink.

Under sink the rubber first next to counter, then the small metal washer, then large metal washer, then the screw on nut, tighten it under sink best you can with faucet about 1/4 turn from where you want it on...
