Way_New: I purchased this faucet almost two years ago. It was easy to install, and the oil-rubbed bronze fit with my rustic style decor. As someone who loves working on things, this faucet gets double-duty as not only my kitchen sink, but also my go-to everything cleaning sink, because I love how intuitive and well the sprayer function works. As an added bonus, the oil-rubbed bronze finish still looks brand new after two years -- even though this sink and faucet combinations gets the toughest workout in the house.
After close to two years and well after the warranty expired, the sprayer button begin to stick, and although the faucet still functioned, not not being able to easily switch between the two spray modes was messing with my workout and cleaning routine. I did not want to purchase a new faucet, as this one looked amazing, and only had a minor (and sometimes annoying) malfunction.
I contacted the seller through the Amazon app, and explained the situation, and asked how I could purchase a replacement sprayer head. They promptly responded (as fast as China can since there is a 12-hour time difference), and ask for a video demonstrating the issue. I sent a short video...

Spitfire: My wife does not like gadgets; anything I install needs to be functional, easy to operate and inexpensive. She asked for a tall kitchen faucet and a vegetable sprayer to go with the new 8" deep sink we got from Habitat for Humanity. I installed this APPASO faucet without any difficulty. The instructions were complete and thorough and I didn't need to go out and buy any fittings as everything I needed except the tools and silicon sealant was included. I'm an average home handyman and installation took 50 minutes from opening the box, reading the instructions through, gathering the tools, removing the existing faucet and installing this one. It worked perfectly the first time.
I showed my wife how it worked (simple, only 1 water mixing handle and 2 buttons on the head) and explained the 3 water patterns and the extending faucet head. She liked the height but otherwise didn't seem too impressed at first. Dish washing time came and first I heard the sound of the knife blade water pattern from the faucet, followed almost immediately with a "Wow! Look at this thing clean!
