Meliss: These candles are so much more than I expected! They have a wax outer coating, they look and feel like real wax candles. The remote is so cool, there is an option to dim or brighten, as well as make the light flicker like a real candle. Very happy with my purchase.

Chris: The color is a bit too orange to look real, but the flicker setting is really impressive. They feel like wax and WILL dent, chip, and get scratched, but they are nice. I left the clear wrappers on to protect them. The remote is nice and useful. I think the price was fair. Sometimes they will turn on without the remote or they won’t all be controlled simultaneously, but not necessarily that annoying to me.

SHSH: These are wonderful! They are perfect for Halloween decorations or if you have a big party and don’t want live burning candles. They are real wax, multiple settings (flicker, slow flicker, etc) that you can remotely control.
You do have to buy a bunch of batteries (each candles holds two double A batteries) but it is worth it!

AshleyAshley: The media could not be loaded. First off, these candle shipped incredibly quickly. I think it took about 4 hours to get to my house. They we're also very well packaged and there was no damage to the product whatsoever. The texture of the candles is like real wax. If anyone were to feel them they would think they were real candles. When my husband saw them he s said that he wished that I had bought some fake candles with the remote instead since we have cats. Then I turn them all off with the remote! That should tell you how realistic they look. See the pictures I have attached to see the remote. I really like that there is a timer and a dimming setting. I really only expect to use the candle function because I love the flickering. Please be aware that the batteries are not included with the large candles, And they each need 2 AAs. I went through two packs of batteries for all of my candles. Another great feature is that there is one replacement remote with each order. However, a single remote will work on all of the candles from multiple orders so you really only need one. Since I purchased two sets I now have four remotes, three replacement remotes if anything should...

Pro:
- Real wax looks great
- Flicker function looks realistic
- conservative battery usage.
- good quality and includes two remotes (that is more useful than I thought as one is in the house for controlling them and one is outside with the candles).
Con:
- Doesn’t work well outdoors.
- Nowhere for rainwater to drain - I drilled a hole out the back of each candle.
- Real wax picks up dirt easily and is hard to clean.
- Cannot survive direct hot sunlight.
- not very bright.
- no color functions.
