TStech: My wife is very happy with this purchase, the scale of the candles is perfect for replacing fireplace logs in favor of something a little less messy. The kit comes with two remotes, and even some extra battery doors, leading me to believe that might be a known point of failure but at least it’s being considered. The sizes look good together in a grouping.

Eric the Consumer.: I bought these for outdoor use and that is my problem. If I had gotten them for indoor mood use, they would be perfect. I would get them for a romantic setup indoors. Or long-term setup around a post dinner wine table. Not for outdoor use or for anything that expects them to produce light.
Pro:
- Real wax looks great
- Flicker function looks realistic
- conservative battery usage.
- good quality and includes two remotes (that is more useful than I thought as one is in the house for controlling them and one is outside with the candles).
Con:
- Doesn’t work well outdoors.
- Nowhere for rainwater to drain - I drilled a hole out the back of each candle.
- Real wax picks up dirt easily and is hard to clean.
- Cannot survive direct hot sunlight.
- not very bright.
- no color functions.

DeniseDenise: The candles look really cool and are perfect for a Halloween themed room. They came with a remote that was super flimsy and cheap and was broken. I didn’t buy this for the remote function so it didn’t care but that’s the reason for 4 stars instead of 5.

SamSam: I ordered these candles to use as decor for an elopement, and would love to give 5 stars however when unboxing the package I noticed the word defective on the styrofoam. There was one candle missing the plastic wrap around it and the wax is scratched. All of the candles seem to be working just fine. Alittle disappointed that the one candle isn’t in new condition but will have to work.
