KaylaKayla: Cons first: they're pretty big. I have small ears and I really have to jam them in place to get them to stay put. They do come with multiple size buds and "wings" to help keep them in place but if your concha (the area right outside the ear canal that ear buds rest in) is small, it's going to be a struggle. Pros: Very long battery life! Better noise cancelling than other more expensive buds. The sound quality is just as good as more expensive ear buds. I haven't had any issues with the Bluetooth. I've had them for 8 months and they're still going strong.

JawaSmelly: I bought these to replace some cheap earbuds (also with wingtips) whose battery life had declined to only 4 hrs per charge. At first, I would use these for the majority of a 12 hr shift and only get to low battery, they didn’t die. After a few months (I was using these 3 days a week), the battery got down to about 8 hrs per charge. About 6 months into having them, I encountered a problem with my right earbud sounding muffled at times, but could get it to come back fine by turning it off and back on. Now, having them less than 1.5 years, I get the “battery low” alert at around 6 hrs and the right earbud has quit on me completely. It turns on, but there is no sound being emitted. While these aren’t super expensive, I did expect to get at least 2-3 good years out of them for 60 dollars. However, this seems par for the course for Anker brand products. Everything I’ve ever owned by Anker has been great until abruptly and inexplicably just ceasing to work anymore somewhere in the 9-16 month range. If Anker products consistently fail like this, then perhaps the price point should be lowered.

As far as sound canceling, I couldn’t ever hear anything going on while music...

Patrick O'Driscoll: 2 years old, and still going strong. Good sound quality. Good battery life. Good range. The "AirWings" that allow a secure fit are sometimes fiddly. They occasionally detach when putting them on.

Josh Elmore: I love these earbuds. My main dislike is that there is a constantly blinking LED on each that you cannot turn off. Personally, I don't mind this, but my wife sure does when she's trying to sleep next to me. Otherwise they've been great. I've had two pairs, and I've lost the right ear bud two times...sigh. However, my two left ear buds have worked reliably for 1 and 2 years, respectively, with very extensive use.

Fast forward to Fall 2023:
I was looking to replace my pair in October 2023 because I wanted a left earbud and did not want to get the new model (Life Dot 2 NC) because the case has a much smaller battery capacity. To my delight, I saw that a vendor was selling these and ordered a pair. Instead they sent me the new model - which is not the one listed here. To say the least I was highly disappointed. So, buyer beware. Make sure you have free returns if you buy any listed for sale in 2023, because its most likely a seller that doesn't know how to make a proper listing or is preying on folks who want a different model than what the manufacturer is currently selling.

John Derek: The Sound quality is very good. The bass is excellent. Audiobooks sound terrific as do classical sounds. Bluetooth doesn't cut out when I am out and about like some others do so that is a major plus. Very comfortable even when used over a decent time period.
With the wings, they are less likely to fly out when I am exercising which again is a benefit over other buds.
I am very pleased with these Soundcore Anker Life Dot 2 True buds.

Jordan Cousins: I've had these earbuds for almost a year now. If you hate wireless, you need good latency for gaming, you want volume controls on the buds, you want an app or you’re expecting a miracle with the microphone, you'll be disappointed. If you have very small ears, you'll might be disappointed – these buds have definitely been designed for big ears, but they can be configured for smaller ears. If you love wireless, listen primarily to music and don't mind latency, and you don't mind the entry level SBC/AAC setup, these are very good, and I can most certainly recommend these for the price.

First, I'll go over the buds themselves and the microphone, and then I'll go over sound output, digital compression and latency.

I've used these for almost a year now, so the batteries aren't at their peak any more, but they certainly last longer than I need. The charging case does indeed hold an absurd amount of battery life, so you can just charge the case and not have to plug it in for a while.

There are 5 difference sized eartips: XS, S, M, L and XL. There are also 3 different "AirWing" sizes: S, M and L. To my memory, the M eartips and AirWings are pre-installed, but if...

Jonathan Baker: Updated: with buds at this pricepoint you'd think customer service would be nonexistent (and I did). But Anker was excellent. I called customer support and they quickly ran some resets and saw my buds weren't going to be revived. Within 24hrs I had a new and upgraded pair. That night I went to bed with a huge smile...money well spent!

YOU WILL, LIKE ME, LOOK AT YOUTUBE/REVIEWS AND SEE THAT THESE SEEM LIKE DECENT PRODUCTS. YOU WILL THEN SEE THE PRICE POINT AND SAY "EHH UNDER AROUND £50, WHATS THE HARM?" YOU THEN BUY NUMEROUS PRODUCTS LIKE THIS. SAID PRODUCTS WILL DO THE FOLLOWING:
1) NOT PAIR CONSISTENTLY
2) DAMPEN AND WEAKEN ON ONE OR BOTH SIDES
3) HAVE CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAMS WHO ARE DODGY
4) OCCASIONALLY FALL OUT AND NOT FIT CORRECTLY (NO MATTER THE GELS YOU FIT THEM WITH)

YOU WILL HAVE SPENT OVER A £150 AND ALMOST AS IF THEY ARE CONCERT THEY WILL BEGIN TO FAIL AROUND THE 8-12 MONTH MARK. PLEASE LOOK AT MOST OF THE REVIEWS, MOST PEOPLE HAVE THEM FOR A WEEK OR A COUPLE OF MONTHS. IM REPORTING BACK AFTER A YEAR.

PLANNED OBSCELENCE AT WORK. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Mike G: Ok,
I'm re-reviewing these because I hit them pretty harshly but I really wanted a pair of decent, wireless earbuds when biking that'd let me hear traffic and have my MP3 player on my handlebars without a wire that could cause problems- ya know, when STEERING. My initial review is below, feel free to ignore that if you want.
But what changed to change the review? I decided to try them again since I still had them and they do sound a lot better somehow?? All I can say is my MP3 player has been reset since I last used these last.

I'm not big on earbuds with a rubber insert, I find them pretty uncomfortable and I get people swear by them but I've mostly found them uncomfortable.
These are not exactly an exception- but they do hold in the ears decently and have 4 options for the rubber in your ears and 3 for the ones that 'hook' your ears on the outside. So, they do include a lot to make sure they fit. +points for that. I wish there was a plastic option with these, I know there ARE plastic shell ones only- but I've read less favorable reviews on them so I tried these. Take that how you will.

They sound pretty good. I notice if the song is paticular bassy it can...
