Amazon Customer: My filly was so nervous and reactive. She gets a lot of feed because she is really growthy and it makes her hot! I added a tablespoon of vita calm to her feed and she is a totally different horse. Calm and easy to work with. I highly recommend trying this.

Shipping on the other hand is very, very slow. It would be nice if there was an expedited option. If you need a refill give yourself a lot of time for delivery.

ALY TANNER: Started a mare on this while in training to help her with the stress of getting hauled every week. She was great at home but VERY reactive in new environments. She got so worked up that she couldn't focus for very long and had big explosions. After being on the supplement for a month I noticed a huge change. She has become relaxed and willing. When she does get worked up, she only does briefly and can go back to focusing very quickly. I love this product! I had this mare for a year before I started her on vita calm, and I was getting ready to sell her. Now she's our favorite! I'm adding it to my other horses' grain before our show season starts and I can't wait to see the results!!

Dan L.: I have never tried any products like this before. We have a old mare who does not like change, especially introducing new herd members. Adding our last new horse was horrendous and keeping Miss Crabby pants separate was not a great long term plan. This is not my first into of new horses, this mare has just gotten worse with age. We added this product to her diet at 1/2 dose for about a week with everyone fence sniffing each other. Then over a long weekend we gave her a full dose and allowed her out with the herd. She was still not great but at least was not chasing everyone around incessantly and by the end of the weekend I felt safe leaving her with the herd.

Marie: Le shipping a été très rapide et le produit semble bien. Trop tôt pour dire quoi que ce soit sur l'efficacité du produit. J'étais convaincue que ma jument (habituellement difficile ) aurait repoussé le produit (qui sent l'hôpital selon moi;) mais au contraire elle ADORE !!! Elle le mange tel qu'elle dans le creux de ma main !! À suivre pour voir si différence au niveau de l'anxiété chez elle.

AChic: Had a hard time getting my horse to eat this. I bought it to give to him when I braid/band for shows and also for the dreaded ear clipping. There is no way to just give it to a horse unless they are eating something else.
I tried at first portioning it out and dipping apple slices in it, but he lost a lot of the powder that way and caught on to the grit after the second or third slice. Next I tried baking oat treats at home with this stuff in them. It worked a little better but I think I'd have to perfect the recipe. (wish it came in treat form!) I think the amount of sugary stuff in the treats I baked outweighed the calming effect. The final trick I pulled out of my hat was mixing it with unsweetened apple sauce, putting it in an old wormer tube, and squirting it right in. The effect is not dramatic, but it stopped my guy from fidgeting during the braiding process. He just stood there still... sort of zoned out. That was great.
This was NOT enough of a sedative effect for clipping as the freak out of the clippers by the ears seemed to snap him out of the zombie mode really fast!
Overall... I do think this works but you really have to figure out how you...
