J Carter: The bike is great. I like it, and any complaints I might have would likely be true of any bike that I've ever ridden. My only real complaint is the seat is uncomfortable after about 20 minutes. I bought a second seaat but didn't check how it needed to be attached. Look closely at any replacement seat to ensure it will attach to the seat stem (is that the term?). Despite the seat issue, I am very pleased with the purchase.
One other thing that is good to know is that I am 6'4" and weigh 275 pounds, and the bike fits me comfortably. I say that to emphasize that it is sturdily built, and it can handle my weight without strain - I am sure it would go faster if I lost weight!
Since they asked about the battery life, I will say that it takes me great distances on a single charge. I am primarily pedaling without assist, but I ask for a boost on occasion, to get me up a hill, etc. That boost is on demand if you leave it in full electric mode because the boost is received via a twist of the throttle.
What else can I say. I am pleased with the bike. And the price was right!

Amazon Customer: I purchased 2 of these bikes for me and my daughter. Assembly was pretty straight forward and took about 30 Min each. We have been on a dozen rides and have really enjoyed them. These are my first ebikes, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Over happy with them.
A couple things that I would mention:
Battery life.
We have 2 that were purchased at the same time. One of the batteries seems to last a lot longer than the other one. At first I thought that it was because we were riding different, or that it was because I have more weight than my daughter. However, this is not the case because I switched the batteries and the same battery lost power first with a less weight.
Then next is the seat. On our first ride we had sore butts. The seat is not great. I purchased a gel cover to go over the seats and it seems to be a lot better.
These bikes are heavy. They fold which is nice, but are still hard to pack and unpack because of the weight.

Scott Lee: Wasn't sure what to expect when I purchased this bike at such an inexpensive price. But it arrived quickly, with no damage, was easy to assemble and it looks great.
PROS
- Came exactly as advertised
- Motor has worked very well so far and I've had no issues
- Battery is powerful enough that I have yet to run out while on a ride even when I forgot to charge it
- The bike looks great
- The minor assembly was easy and didn't require any special knowledge or tools
- Gears are well tuned out of the box and I haven't needed to adjust them at all
- Breaks work well and only needed slight adjustments, but less than I expected them to need
CONS
- The bike is pretty heavy. Without the motor your legs will get a serious workout
- The seat that comes with it is pretty uncomfortable. That is the only think I've replaced on the bike.
- I'm not fond of the battery placement (front of handle bars). It's in the way a bit for other accessories I might want and if I'm not careful it could hit the light/horn which sits directly under it. Not a major issue as long as I'm careful.
Overall... and excellent value for the price. If your looking for an...

JADA HARPE: I’ve ridden about 80 miles in 1st week. Bike has performed well on road, paved trail and some compacted gravel. I like that for an ebike it is lighter weight than other models I considered which is key since don’t always use pedal assist. As I don’t live in a hilly area, haven’t used more than level 2 pedal assist which means have had super battery life. I like that both the throttle or pedal assist can kick in immediately because that is when need it most when starting from dead stop at busy intersections. Assembly was easy, esp since the pedal wrench and hex wrenches came with the bike. However assembly was easy because knew bikes and good design ... I have a medium frame bike and am not quite 5 ft 10 inches and have seat at max height. If you are any taller than that, you would need a larger frame. This seems to be a solid bike for the price and am happy I bought it

The assist kicks in with quite a lot of power even on the lowest setting. That takes a little getting used to, especially if you’re new to electrically assisted cycling. Also... Best perhaps to get a nice bike rack (which will be designed to fit this bike well), if one is desired. Other E-Bikes may present some install hurdles….but NOT this one…We totally succeeded!!! Not many miles yet, but so far SO Sweet! Steady, solid, comfy. Say good-bye to hill dread. Hooray! Hooray!
i’m also very impressed with the comfort on this bike… It's so comfortable and easy to ride. I make it up hills easily…the hills used to kill me! Even if you don't use the electric portion, it rides really nicely and is so much fun to use!
This brand is awesome! They are well made and have all the power we need. We also appreciate the fact that this bike pretty light for an e-bike! This were also very easy to assemble, even for a cycling novice...
