Kindle CustomerKindle Customer: Things I really like: 7 speed, headlight switch, horn, handlebar adjuster, folding lever (pant leg doesn't get caught),the little tool kit, disc brakes, battery in frame.
Mixed feelings: fender and rack (took them off), key inserted to turn on, narrower tires that don't sing, spring in front ( maybe just not used to it), cell phone holder, no marks on seat post
Things I don't like: no P0 turn it on and it goes, no speedometer unless peddle assist is on (bought GPS speedo to cure that), no brake or tail light, quick release on front wheel (too easy to steal), not shipped by Amazon . Am thinking about selling my single speed go trax to buy another one of these. 7 speed has a little bigger battery and is a few pounds heavier, not sure how it would work with a 300# person. I dieted down to 212#, but some in my family are a little heavier

keith: I give the bike 3 stars and the customer support 5 stars, so I used the avg of 4 to rate the bike overall. It's a good value but I ran into problems. Fortunately customer support helped me out and now the bike works well.
Initially the bike arrived with a dead battery. It would cut off then completely stopped working. Cust support sent me a new battery but it took almost 3 weeks (coming from china). Got the bike running then the motor quit on me. Found out it shorted internally, maybe windings melted together. Cust support sent me a new motor. After installing it now works. Customer support was very fast and responsive. Parts ship from china so it takes weeks. The bike itself is probably warehoused in USA so the initial delivery is fairly fast for a 60 lb item.
Review of the bike minus my warranty issues: I was looking for a 20 inch (tire) small bike for a small person to ride. This bike fits little people very well as the seat can go pretty far down and the frame is easy to step over. I like that it folds, and the battery and controller are hidden inside. Amazon Customer: We bought the $359 Ancheer 350w (without app) We did not buy the one Amazon pictured above. The intention was to get a more powerful motor than the 250w motor (Jetson Bolt) that I had which was fine for me, but not for my husband. It was practically identical to this Ancheer model except for a second brake and the stronger advertised hub motor at 350w. The manual listed this bike at 350w, so it must be true, right? I weighed in at 135lbs and he was 180lbs. These were our first electric bikes. Upon testing, we could not find any difference in power or performance between the two which was disappointing.
Recently, we purchased a 3rd electric bike (Bolt Pro 350w with pedal assist) and discovered that the serial on the hub motor clearly showed it was a 350w. When we looked at the Ancheer hub motor serial number, it indicated only 250w. It was not the advertised power rating we thought we were buying and will report to Amazon. So, look for the three numbers followed by the "w" about midway through the serial number string on the hub motor. We would have acted sooner, but we just did not know what to look for being new to this electric bike business.

The design of this ebike is the deal breaker for me. I was looking at many other ebike in this class, DYU, Jetson, Ebkrocity, Sailnovo, Jasion, Engwe, etc. It would be really nice if the battery was a 10AH. I think my came with a slow leak rear tire. Will wait a few more days and see.
