Grandavia: I love pie crust and the crust of this pie is pretty good, not great but good. But for all that nice thick crust there's about a one inch depth of filling. Before I put it in the oven I lifted the crust from the bowl and the filling came right out with the crust and I swear it's only a very shallow layer attached to the bottom of the crust. And there's even less filling after baking because some of it escapes as steam and some of it is absorbed by the crust. So what you get is a bowl of crust that has a little bit of filling on it. If all you're out for is some crust this is what you want. If you're hoping for crust plus a tasty creamy veggie laden filling then you will be disappointed.
