Andrea: I love risotto but sometimes I don't have time or energy to make it. Always have this in freezer. It tastes good but lacks the texture I love. However it is the best frozen option available.

MMorris: Amy’s risotto was such a pleasant surprise the first time I tried it. I like many of Amy’s products, but this is definitely one of my favorites.
I try to have one in my freezer at all times.
It’s creamy, flavorful, and satisfying. The peas are a nice, firm texture. I think it’s a perfect portion too, but I realize a good portion size is subjective. I can see where some folks might want a larger portion. For me, this is just enough, although it tastes so good that I know I’d keep eating if there were more!
