Emma Leigh: I grew up with homemade mac and cheese and the occasional blue box when needed.
I am unfortunately no longer able to have gluten and I'm a little iffy with many gluten-free products.
But this was...like, really, really good. Years ago I had Stauffers' mac and cheese and it was terrible. I was a little scared this would taste like that. But nope, delish.
I added a bit of parmesan, black pepper, and a splash of hot sauce.
So yay. I'm now a repeat customer.

a customer: So I had to avoid all gluten for awhile (long story) and that's when I discovered Amy's Gluten-Free Mac and Cheese. I've been eating it ever since. I am a gluten-eater but this has been my mac n cheese of choice for years now. It's better than all the "regular" versions. I actually prefer the rice pasta, it's lighter and softer and easier on the stomach. I heat it for a little longer than directed- I especially enjoy it when cheese gets slightly brown in the corners.
