K GK G: Bought the cap just because of the keyhole and pictures of connecting it via carabiner to a backpack. Fresh out of the box, never even been on my head yet, and the janky piece of metal just fell out. I'm not rating comfort, as I never got to use this product. Within seconds of opening the box, I learned what kind of craftsmanship and quality we're dealing with here.
**Update 5/7/23. I didn't even bother contacting amazon to return this product and figured it was a lesson learned, but the seller contacted me(presumably based on this initial review)and promptly shipped me a replacement. They assure me that this is a one-off occurrence. While I haven't had the time to test this myself, the fact that they went out of their way to contact me and make things right prompted me to take immediate action in kind and re-rate this 1 star review. Standing behind your product and such good, rapid service means the world to someone like myself - you completely turned me around. 5 stars!
