Mary E. Jackson: I don't know how to start but I love love this book. I'm a chicken fan and if you want a recipe for anything chicken I'm sure its in this book. I know with Americas Test Kitchen writing this its going to be great. I love the way the recipes are laid out and that it has so many pictures. I have hundreds of cookbooks but this is going to be in the top 10 favorites.

Cowboy_Blue: In the era of google and the internet, I've stopped purchasing books with recipes, just doesn't make much sense any more. But I love this book. It provides practical advise with practical recipes that I find myself going back to again and again. It is very comprehensive, well laid out, and informative. I highly suggest this book to those who enjoy cooking chicken - the whole chicken.

S. Pohl: Excellent collection of recipes. Beautiful colour picture. Complete nutrition guide for each recipe.
Only thing I wish that could have made it better was if the book had been in a binder style. The book is thick & that would make the pages lay flat as you are using the recipe.
