Awy69: Je cherchais un câble qui me permettrait de dédoubler mon écran sur un rétroprojecteur ainsi qu'un écran de PC, qui ne disposaient tous les deux que de connexion VGA. Ne l'utilisant que dans le cadre de l'affichage de texte, je n'ai pas observé de diminution de la qualité de l'écran donc je suis pleinement satisfait de mon achat.

WillDF: I bought these adapters to mirror some displays at work. When I plugged them in, the displays got glitchy and very dim. The text on the screens got fuzzy and in some areas, it looked like the screen was picking up some interference through the cables. I unplugged them. Very disappointed that they degraded my displays so much. I understand that an analog signal gets weaker when you split it, but I never expected it to be so bad that it can't be used. Waste of money.

Laura L.: Works well with a Dell s320wi projector so that my monitor and projector can display the same (duplicate) screen. I did have an issue with setting this up because I was using an old computer tower that did not support it due to an old video card so the IT guy had to give me a newer tower (a tower that wasn't as old) and the vga splitter works. And I needed to activate the monitor in my computer's Display Settings. I've been using it for two months almost daily and it works well.

Atem: WARNING: This is only to duplicate your screen. It will not create two different signals, meaning what you see on screen one is exactly the same thing you see on screen 2. You cannot have one application open on one screen and a different one open on another screen. You cannot have your wallpaper or screensaver spread across two screens using this. You need to look into a VGA video graphics adapter for that.

This splitter is easy to install and works great. Was up and running in less than 60 seconds (from the time I picked it up from the mailbox to the time I was using two screens).
