Preis Leistung stimmt! Würde ich jederzeit wieder kaufen.

Amazon Shopper: Fits one person, I am 1m 78cm, or 5'10". I do recommend a liner under it, that I purchased separetly. I have use in summer only. No issues whatsoever.

Jonah St-Francois: I got this tent for backpacking purposes, and now that I've gone on a couple trips and did various other overnight tests in different areas and surfaces, I have some idea of how it performs.
The pre-read tl;dr is: it's a good tent.
The tent only uses 2 collapsible poles, so the setup is really quite easy. They cross in an X at the peak of the tent, with the ends fitting into opposite corners. Once you clip the tent to the poles, it's up, that's it. To add on the rainfly you just throw it over the top, peg your corners, and put up guy lines if you choose to. I think there are ties on the outside of the base tent, and the inside of the rainfly, but I haven't bothered to tie them as I haven't had many windy enough nights. The top of the tent also has two "self propping" vents.
The weight on this tent does leave a bit to be desired, but at this price point you really cant expect better than this, and I found the weight listed on Amazon was accurate. I have it strapped to the underside of my pack in a waterproof bag (never hurts to be extra sure, and also for muddy splashes and stuff, if that should come up), and when my pack is fully loaded and I remove just the...

RASTERBIT: As soon as the LYNX 1 arrived, I put it together. I looked all around for assembly instruction. They were sown into the tote bag for added convenience. But after the first time putting the tent together, the instructions aren't needed. I disasembled it, packed it in about 15 minutes. No sweat!
I reassemble the LYNX 1 (one person tent). It was up and ready for use in about 15 minutes. Weather was extremely hot and no wind. I was sweating bullets! The only thing that requires any thought is the two flexable sectioned poles need to crisscross at the center. The pole sections are held together by a bungee cord. Each section is about 1ft. poles are provided with a storage bag, as well as, the stakes.
The tent is really two(2) pieces. The tent with large access zippered door and mosquito netted windows in the sides. There are soft plastic open clips that attach to the poles and are obvious where they attach to each pole. A larger clip at the very top of the tent goes onto the point where the poles cross. Once all is clipped together the entire tent can be picked up with two(2) fingers and placed where wanted.
The second important part is the cover or rain-cover....

John Allen StoltzfusJohn Allen Stoltzfus: Just got back from a 5 day/night hiking trip in the mountains of Western Pennsylvania, and this tent worked perfectly. It compacts nicely when not it use and very easy to set up/take down. It served it's purpose well but I didn't have any extreme weather ( heavy rain, wind) so only 4 stars for now till I see how it holds up on a trip the Rocky mountains in Colorado next month. I am a 5' 11" 180 lb. male and I had plenty of space in it to sleep plus store a few extra items( shoes, clothes)and I could sit up in it with my head just grazing the top. So far it's been worth the money. I will update after CO.
Update: I spent 3 weeks of September in the San Juan national forest in southwest Colorado on a hunting trip at the altitude of 9-12,000 feet. This tent held up great! It sustained high winds, heavy rains and a bit of snow. It blocks the wind very well, on those cold windy nights I could barely feel the wind. Even tho I thought it might blow away with me in it a few times:/ but nothing tore and it was still secure in the morning. Had a bit of dripping coming thru during the heaviest rains, I believe it was coming thru the zipper of the rain fly on the "porch" ,so the tent...

MoarDar: This is my first backpacking tent I have purchased and after checking on Amazon and comparing different tents (weight, size, packability, color) as well as checking some nearby camping and hiking stores, I found this tent to be the best price for the quality. I am 5'10 and fit in this tent with about a foot of space left over above the head and another foot below the toe and there was a small amount of width left over, maybe another foot or so.
This tent comes with a mesh gear storage pouch but I found it to be too small for any of my gear, I usually only bring my clothes, a knife and my head lamp to bed and I just put the knife and headlamp beside me and the clothes at the head and toe spaces.
The tent was extremely simple to put up and did not require any instructions and it only requires 6 stakes to anchor it down but there are other tie out points if you need more security. The floor was very durable and I did not feel that I needed a ground cloth to protect it but with that said, the ground cloth made by ALPS Mountaineering sounds great because you can set up the fly by itself using the holes, either for a rainy day to keep your tent from becoming wet or on a nice...

TroyTroy: ALPS Mountaineering Lynx 1-Person Backpacking Tent is light and roomier than other compact tents I've had and is easier to move around in. It is very simple to assemble and I especially like how readily the lightweight aluminum poles assembled together. I've bought a lot of different tents over the last 40 plus years and this is by far the quickest to assemble. I also like the zipper the lightweight stakes and the rainfly offers good coverage. I hope to use this 3-season tent for many years.
