Ryuji Suzuki: The chain it comes with broke very easily while attached to a little accessory loop on my backpack strap. I replaced it with a very thin polyester rope (1.5mm diameter) and it's been good.

Mindy Bean : I ordered this product twice. The reason I am giving it 4 stars is because they sent me gold instead of silver which I chose. It is really loud and is small and discreet. I feel safer with them and have one to all of my friends bc I want them to be safe too.

gotasian81gotasian81: The media could not be loaded. It's shrill. I bought this for when I go on hikes. If I were to get lost, You'd find me. It's loud and shrill. It's not like a regular outside one but it would do the trick.
I didn't give it 5 stars because the gym whistle I use for work is louder. For as hard as I was blowing into it, the sound isn't quite as loud as other whistles I've used.
