Kimberly Bennett: Several years ago I tried a handful of different natural deodorants, as I wanted to eliminate the aluminum component. However, I would ultimately end up feeling very stinky and very sweaty with each of those natural deodorants. I had basically just given up and gone back to using aluminum deodorant again. But 5 weeks ago, I decided to give this brand a chance because I had read so many good reviews. I was definitely skeptical after all of my bad experiences in the past with other aluminum-free deodorants. However, the Coconut & Vanilla deodorant has definitely exceeded my expectations. I have not had any problems with excessive perspiration and I have not had any problems with odor. I actually really love the scent, and the scent has never morphed into something funky later in the day. Win!! I guess I am officially a Native convert, and I will continue to purchase this deodorant. If you're on the fence, give it a shot.

lotusmaglite: I gave it 5 stars for the lack of scent, but the 5 stars for sensitive skin is speculative - I've never had sensitive skin. What I did do was put this stuff on (it's a stick that goes on pretty smoothly), deliberately break a light sweat, and then not shower for 4 days. Don't worry; no one was harmed in this experiment. That includes my armpits, which were as scentless on the 4th day as on the 1st. This stuff comes down *hard* on odor-causing bacteria. At least, it does on me. For $12 a stick, it damn well better, but be assured, I consider it worth every penny.

Kat: So I was hesitant to buy this with so many bad reviews stating rashes and smelling worse after application, but upon receiving the item and using it, I have so far not developed any rash (I have VERY sensitive skin) and I do smell nicer using it before a workout as well as after. The scent is nice, a little overwhelming but whatever, as long is it smells nice. Native claims to be Pthalate, Paraben, Aluminum and Talc free, and their sensitive formulations are baking soda free. Native also claims to abide by the International Fragrance Regulatory Association, and this is important to me as well because a lot of fragrance chemicals are linked to cancer, and parabens are a contaminant found in fragrances. I would love it if they had certification and lab testing for peace of mind, but with how expensive they are already… If you are concerned about the fragrances they also carry a unscented variation that is also in their sensitive lineup. Overall I will keep using them, I personally like the scented ones but may switch over to unscented for greater peace of mind. The only other thing they could truly improve upon is using organic ingredients where they can.

Amazon Customer: I have used the coconut & vanilla scent in the past and I was very happy with it. I decided to mix it up this time and get the trio (coconut, lavender, and cucumber) to try new scents but also have ole' faithful (coconut) on hand.

The Coconut/Vanilla and Cucumber/Mint are lovely scents. They are discrete in that they don't overpower but you can smell it if you stick your nose in your pit to check. They both blend well, and one scent isn't stronger than the other it's blended with. I thought if there was a scent, I wouldn't like it would be the cucumber and mint. I was pleasantly surprised though. It's a light scent and it just smells clean to me.

The Lavender/Rose scent smells all rose to me. Maybe a little bit of the cheap "lavender" scent you find in dollar store scents. DO NOT COME FOR ME, I have nothing against the dollar stores. I just know that it's not a true fresh lavender scent and oh how I love fresh lavender. It's one of my favorite smells. Anyways, to me this is overly rose and overly floral. I would not consider this scent "light".

I have worn all of them and I have had no issues with breaking out or irritation. I have experienced that before...
