Laureisen: A friend gifted me with this brand of gummy bears and I really liked them. They came in mini bags like a kid might take for lunch. They had a different texture than these did and I preferred the original gift’s texture. I don’t know if it’s being older or exposed to air………beats me, but these were less chewy and flavorful than those in little bags. Anyway, these are very good and if I hadn’t had something to compare them with I would have given five stars. They are yummy.

Alli S.: These gummies are so good! The are soft with just the right amount of chew and the perfect size. The flavors are delicious and what’s even better is that the gummy are colored with fruits and vegetables (which you don’t taste) and not food dyes. I have already enlightened some friends and family to these and now I get them monthly on Amazon’s Subscribe and Save. If you like gummies, these are great!

My whole life I've been a Haribo absolutist: their Gold Bears were the benchmark for gummy bears, the high watermark for the art form, the standard by which any other bear would necessarily be judged. Sure, they were often hard, like semi-petrified, but I excused that because the flavors, while simple, were still quite good. Besides, there was never much competition; other bears just weren't as good. Why bother?

Then one day a co-worker told me about these Albanese gummy bears, saying that they had converted her from Hariboism into the temple of Albanese. What? No way! I ordered a bag of these Ultimate bears which come in eight flavors. "25 ounces?" I thought to myself, "how will I ever eat 25 ounces of bears?"

My package was delivered the next day and I patiently waited until after dinner to sample a small serving of bears. I'll remember that moment for the rest of my life, as it cleanly divides my history in two periods: the dark times, and the enlightened era of the Albanese bear. WOOOOOW.
