kimmiekat: My husband is diabetic, and this pasta doesn't make his blood sugar spike. We use it for spaghetti and as replacement noodles for tuna helper The difference in flavor is between negligible and unnoticeable. Although the directions say to cook for three minutes, I've found that three minutes or 10 minutes, the texture remains the same.
1 bag is enough for three adult servings in our home.

Amazon Customer: Cooks just like real pasta! Tastes just like real pasta and has a low WW point value for an excellent taste AND serving size. I have to say after trying lots of low cal pasta I was a little skeptical. I ordered the two pack during prime days (egg and garlic)...then I ordered the 6 pack. Really, really tasty.

Janto2: I have made several noodle dishes with these noodles. They are a little firmer than regular ones but you quickly get used to the new al dente! The only fly in my ointment is the cost...I think it is too high for what you get. Being on a fixed income, I really feel the pinch when I reorder. One other thing. If you have left overs, they do not soak up all the juices and stay firmer than regular pasta. This makes for a much tastier day after!

L. H.: This was the best low carb pasta I’ve found . Can be cooked longer than indicated.
Wish you could have other pastas such as penne noodles , lasagna noodles And elbow noodles.
Will Have to rethink if I’ll order again as ,
I was not impressed that even with my nearly $100.00 order I still had to pay a $12.00 shipping charge for the pasta.
