I enjoyed playing it so much that I took a picture of the logo so that I could buy it for myself. It's a really solid, gorgeous-looking ukulele that feels great to play and sounds beautiful. And for the price, it's a great deal. It comes with everything pictured- 2 picks, extra strings, a shoulder strap, a tuner, a case, a cloth, and an instructional pamphlet. I'm happy with my purchase and excited to learn some more songs on it!

UPDATE:
I had this ukulele for a good 4 years and I had a lot of fun with it, but I decided to give it to a friend since I didn't end up using it as much as I thought I would. The ukulele sounds as beautiful as ever- I'm just a very forgetful person that doesn't always end up using the things I buy, haha. Still, it was a good purchase and it's a very nice instrument, especially for the price. I'd definitely recommend it for any beginners that can't afford an expensive ukulele.

Ron L: I'm a beginner and just started learning with the Aklot concert. I chose this uke because a number of independent reviews gave it a high mark.

I wanted a quality uke which didn't break the bank in case I decided I didn't want to pursue playing after awhile. It turns out that I've been playing and learning everyday since it arrived and I'm hooked.
It's a nice package: the uke, a soft case, tuner, cleaning cloth, extra strings, a strap which now connects to the strap buttons which are installed on the uke

Some negative comments were about the dove bridge. I think it's cool. It is a dove, technically a pigeon is a dove properly called a rock dove.

I purchased Alfred's book on ukulele and i've learned to read notes and play some tunes.

Ciò che non mi piace molto è il modo in cui viene lasciato il prodotto dai corrieri. Capisco la fretta ma neanche citofonano, insomma davanti al cancello e basta. Tra l'altro la scatola che conteneva l'ukulele era un po' strappata e schiacciata e temevo che si fosse perso o rotto qualcosa. Per fortuna mi è andata bene!

I ended up having to replace the first one that came because it had a weird tuning peg. The second one (the replacement) has no issues at all, but there are some design differences between it and the first one and you could receive either version when ordering. The first one with the wonky peg was completely smooth--like glass--everywhere. Body, sides, top, neck, fingerboard, bridge. The entire instrument was completely smooth. The replacement is almost completely smooth but has an unfinished fingerboard and bridge, as well as a very small number of "open pores" on the top, sides and body. The first one was prettier but honestly, the second finish is more practical and easier to hold onto. So just be aware that what you receive could have a shiny fingerboard and bridge or it could have a plain versions and the body/top/sides may not be glass-smooth. But they might be!

The ukulele itself is impeccably made and quite striking to look at. Feels good and balanced when holding and playing it. Has a really interesting tone with harmonics and sustain that's mainly in the lower end. You may also notice differences in tone...

kevin hunt: I have been a drummer for 40 of my 50 years on planet earth. I collect and play high end Pearl drum kits. I’ve always been interested in learning other instruments. I have some very minimal abilities on a keyboard. I’ve tinkered with guitar. I have a cheaper ukelele that I have worked with some. I wanted a more professional model to further my interest and desire to practice.
I did some research and found the Aklot Ukelele was affordable and had the features I wanted.
I have greatly enjoyed playing it. This Uke is well crafted, sounds wonderful, and has me excited to practice. Coming from a musical family, I am a bit of a collector or instruments (even ones I don’t play: 3 guitars, a violin, a cello, to name a few) and of course 7 drum kits, 2 field snares, a plethora of Latin percussion equipment, and a Pro level PA system).

This Uke is definitely not one that is going to hang on my wall or sit in its case with no attention. I’m averaging playing about an hour per day. It was set up nicely right out of the box. I tuned it and it was ready for play. No adjustments needed.

Cliente Amazon: Soy músico desde hace muchos años y toco guitarra y bajo. Me apetecía probar con el Ukelele. He de decir que desde mi experiencia con otros instrumentos, está bien construido y suena francamente bien para el precio que tiene.

Tuve un problema al conectarlo (Es electroacústico). Sonaba más la primera cuerda, que el resto y la cuarta apenas sonaba.

Me puse en contacto con el vendedor y tras ver el video que le mandé, me dijo que el problema era del EQ.
Me envió todo el juego (EQ+conexión+cables y pastilla), para que yo mismo lo sustituyese. Junto con un vídeo con instrucciones.

Todo ello gratuitamente, abonándome posteriormente incluso los gastos de aduana que me cobraron.

Finalmente era la pastilla, que fue fácil de sustituir para mí y ahora ya suena correctamente.

Resumiendo. Un buen instrumento y una atención al cliente sobresaliente.

Si quieres un buen ukelele para empezar, no dudes en adquirirlo a este vendedor. Resolverá cualquier problema que puedas tener.
