Josee: My cats enjoy laying on top. Never use the inside. Inside good for small cats. My cats are pretty big so the little cat door is a little small, that is probably why they don’t go inside. Still a good outlook area on the patio.

Suz: I bought this condo for my indoor-outdoor cat so he had somewhere to hang out if I was away at work and I wasn't home to let him in. The assembly of the house was easy, it was a nice house too! others commented on how pretty it looked. Unfortunately, my darn cat refused to get in it. I even put cat nip in it and he still refused to stay in there. I gave it a few weeks and put it on my patio. I have 2 strays that also like to hang around the house, not only did my cat still refuse to get in it, so did the 2 strays. The 2 strays used it just to sit on the roof and that was it. I ended up having to give it away. Its too bad because it was a pretty cat house!

PatiPati: Under a covered porch, it should last quite a while. The roof is fantastic. The wood itself is very light weight. Not sure how it will last , unprotected. But all-in-all it's a great house, at a great price. Satisfied kitty!! 😌

Jbell: I have set the house out, both the feral cats use it. I also purchased a K&H pet heated pad placed in the bottom. It has remained dry. Has a side door that opens on the bottom which makes it easy to clean. I did line the inside with foam to allow for more insulation. It was easy to do. The cats have a dry, warm place to be in rain or snow.
