Jermaine: Obviously these won't last forever. We opened 6 and left the other 6 for when these need to be replaced. My son loves for you to throw them in the air and run through them or let them fall on him. He also likes to pull them out of the wipey box. Mine didn't have any fraying issues, plastic, no terrible smell, etc. It was wasteful packaging, plastic wrap around each individual scarf. I'd definitely recommend!

Mp: I use those for my music classes in daycares, they fly beautifully for dancing and I washed them many times, and they are still in good shape!

After I left my initial 2-star review, their customer service promptly contacted me, apologized for the quality, and offered to either refund my money or send a second set to me for free.
The second set of scarves still has a few frays and loose strands, but does look better than the first. More than anything, I appreciate the proactive response and great customer service, so I'm upgrading my review to 4 stars.
Original review:
The edges are finished rather poorly and there is already fraying in several places straight out of the bag.
With so many loose threads, these scarves do not seem particularly safe for babies or toddlers, but even for older children, I don't see them being durable enough to last long.
I'll be looking for another set of scarves, and this time it's probably worth spending more for better fabric and construction that will hold up better.

Astrid: They are cheap fabric but the colors are pretty. Some of them have started to unravel a bit with use, but nothing that can't be fixed! The kids love using them in our Pre-K dance class.
