Railtech: Bought a car for my daughter it had a lingering smoke smell in it. Took it too my detailer and he shampooed all soft surfaces but it was still in there. After looking online I took a chance. Ran it 30 mins in the cabin and 30 in the trunk and its like a miracle the smoke smell is gone. Once the ozone smell wore off there was no lingering smoky odor in the HVAC or interior. I don't write many reviews but this one deserved one.

daisy: It realllly works. I used it for way more than recommended though because I have an older camper that smells moldy & was trying to get some mice out. Definitely worked for both odors and repelling mice. I do not recommend leaving it 24 hrs. Because almost 72 hours later it still smelled strong. I have carpet, so once I shampooed the carpet very well, just like the the smell was completely gone. Before, i could taste it in the air. Tasted like sunscreen and smelled like chlorine. All good now thankfully. Please be careful as I read that ozone can off gas with other materials and create other harmful smells like formaldehyde, which I’m sure was what happened in my case. Love this. Follow instructions pls haha

Biff44: we recently had a heavy rain storm, where 7" of rain fell in 2 hours. our basement of our antique house got wet, and afterward the mildew smell was the strongest it ever had been. We tried to air out the basement to no avail. then i remember i had purchased this ozone generator for a work project years ago. Found it and plugged it in, and Poof, most of the smell went away after one 80 minute treatment. moved it to the far side of the basement and ran it again. today i moved it to the middle of the basement and am doing it one more time, and i bet most if not all of the smell will be magically gone. It really does work.

Now i DO want to emphasize ozone is pretty toxic stuff. we are waiting about 3 hours AFTER THE MACHINE TURNS OFF to go down and check things out. You really do want to make sure the ozone is dissipated before you enter that room!

snowbunny: My first thought was oh yeah right this stuff don't work boy was I ever wrong. I don't usually leave reviews unless it's worthy and this machine is Worthy I'm a heavy smoker trying to quit and I never thought it would ever take the tobacco smell out of my apartment but it did. Not only did it do that but it took the musty smell out of my apartment. I washed and cleaned every wall I washed all my clothing and my daughters and all of our bedding. I cleaned my carpets. Basically cleaned everything like I do every year smell always comes back. But not this time even people who absolutely hate smoking can't even smell a bit of it in my apartment anymore or on my clothing. I like that fresh smell yes these machines give off a smell kind of like bleach but I don't mind and once I aired out my apartment for a few hours it was like fresh dried linen on the clothesline. You don't have to believe me it did work it even fooled my smoke sniffing brother who hates cigarettes so bad he will tell you straight out you smell like an ashtray and ride you on the subject for hours lol.. he asked me if I quit and I said no, I said I'm trying, he said where did the smoke smell in here go?
