jeremy: It’s extremely powerful. Sometimes it was too cold. Would cool down my room in no more than 2 minutes. Just remember to drain it if you use it a lot. Ours started leaking and it took us a while to realize.

Amazon Customer: It does the job, we have it on our first floor and it keeps the whole floor cool, which has our living room, dining area and kitchen. So with that I’m happy about it.
What I dislike about it:
I didn’t find it too easy to install, I’m not very good at installing things so I need CLEAR instructions, I don’t think the instructions were easy to read.
It is very loud. And after I installed I noticed a big increase on our electric bill, but I can’t complain much about that since it keeps the house cool and comfortable.

Brenda G.Brenda G.: Easy install, noise level not too bad. Unit has kept the space cool in triple digit heatwave in the desert 🏜️. Did not have a screen to cover the outside exhaust. Bugs get inside unit. I had to fabracate a screen cover to fit the unit. Also like two washable filters. This should come with purchase. Would recommend to others.

Keith Grant: I purchased this for a room that is furthest from our central unit, so it doesn't get as cool as the rest of the house. Once I set it up (the hose was a big hassle but I got it) I was excited so I let it run all night with the door closed expecting a cool blast in the morning. When I opened the door the next day it was pretty warm. I let the unit run a few days more, this time with the door open. I began to warm up the other rooms and hallway. I am returning this 'heater' as it does not work.
