Jeff: I got ankle pain (heel burtitis) for several months and finally want to find something that can relieve that. I reviewed this item and it is said working well for heel pain. It really worked well! It cushioned from the bottom to and the wrapping from behind the ankle gives some cooling feel to mitigate the pain. Will keep wearing it until the pain gone. Recommended.

sandy: Although the product is great and relieves the pressure in my foot, it is a bit uncomfortable because of the plastic tubing that sits right under your foot so you’re still stepping on something hard which afterwhile is very uncomfortable.

Amazon Customer: The brace itself seems to be what was ordered and looks pretty solid. My review is of the customer service provided (or not provided) by the seller. The brace turned out to be not really what was going to work for my ankle, I have written to them 4 times with promise of hearing back within 48 hours...nothing. And now my 30 reutrn period is winding down. It feels like they are ignoring me until it exceeds the 30 days. Very disappointed....

Mike: I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis and achilles tendonitis in left foot. This brace did okay for me so I gave it 3 stars. The negative is the bubble doesn't give full arch support because body weight will flatten it down when standing/walking. At best the bubble gives a little relief while walking and gives the arch maybe a light massage at best. Shoe insoles will provide the best arch support. I also got the added achilles suport pads. They give pretty good support. While they do dig in a bit it wasn't bad. You can take it off while sleeping or lying down/sitting if it gets bothersome.
I have arched feet and x-rays of my left foot showed the bones had gone down 20% causing the pain because the arch was stretching. My doc had me on pain killers and a makeshift wrap with a support pad for a week. On my 2nd visit I told them the pain was substantially lower and almost gone, just a little tenderness in the arch. They had me try on shoe insoles and walk around to see how it felt. I could immediately feel a difference and they were comfortable. I could finally walk without a limp, which I had done for a week to keep stress off my left arch. They said always wear 2 (even if...

Arwen: I wear a womans shoe size 7.5/8. I got the small with stabilizers. It was on super sale for some reason, only in this size.
I sprained my ankle a year ago and have had issues since. When they arrived they seemed the part that wraps around the foot would be too tight.
I needed something as I'd be walking around all day that day so I shoved my foot in and hoped for the best.
I was so pleasantly suprised! It was SUPER comfortable. My toes didn't go numb. Great stability. And the air cushion that goes under the arch by the heal has a tube to air pockets behind the anckle. So when you step the air goes back and forth. It's like a massage for your ankle.
My foot has not felt that amazing since I sprained it.
Im extremely happy. I never would have bought it at the price range it is (between $30-40) but now that I have worn it, I would buy it. Totally worth the price.

Amazon Customer: As a server and Hairstylist I have developed sever plantar fasciitis over the last year. Orthotics didn't help, insoles didn't help and I've tried multiple other things. This is the first thing that worked the first time I put it on. Though I still had some pain at the end of a shift it has been drastically reduced. So happy with this purchase!

Chris S.: I've used these braces for over a year now. Had no issues. Ordered two new one.
Velcro straps are extremely long and you have to either tuck the strap or cut it.
One brace stopped working after one day, the air pillow on the bottom of the brace went flat and provided no support.
