I originally got one for my RV. Very easy to assemble and install. The pull-down feature eliminates a pull-out hose loop under the sink with its clutter and winter freeze risk. Impressed by quality brass & stainless-steel construction, smooth valve operation, precise temperature mixing and nice flow/spray characteristics. This is a second purchase for my home kitchen.

It's very nice looking and works basic for the price but the lights stopped working shortly after installing and no one has gotten back to me helping me figure out how to fix after many attempts via email.

I am giving it 4 stars for two reasons:
Plastic nozzle and difficult to install.
My husband is very smart and handy however we have a reverse osmosis filter and the trash compactor so we had to call a plumber to install.
Aside from that, the faucet has some weight. Beautiful black matte and shiny gold. Sprayer pulls out generously. Can't speak to life of batteries but will follow up.

First off, only had it installed for about 3 hours now, but after seeing some bad review on it, I thought I might shed some light on the situation.
1) the make and model are fabulous. So much easier to extend and move around without worrying about it falling in the sink because you pulled it out to far
2) the pressure on this bad boy is second to none. More like a pressure washer then a fauset.(exaggerating a little but freaked strong on both settings )
3)the installation was simple. After detaching all the extra adaptors and do dats it took to connect the old one, it was a breeze attaching this one. Hoses connect strait to the bottom, no extra parts needed. It is just a pain getting under the sink and reaching all the parts, but let's face it. Until we make a self connecting robot faucet, we're gonna have to deal with that...
