Amazon Customer: Received this item as a Christmas gift. There was power to the unit, but the heating element did not work. The troubleshooting guide was not even for the product. When contacting the seller for a refund, the response was “No, definitely not a refund”. No other response. Very disappointed in a defective product and lack of support and the rude response from the seller.

Jimmy: I have made countless sandwiches with this unit. Very easy to clean, high heat. Lid handle is sturdy , only con that may be a safety feature is the grille won’t heat up unless timer is on. I don’t mind. Because you never know when you’ll forget your sandwich on the press. I’ve had this unit for months and works like a charm everytime I fire it up. Great product. Possible Best purchase !

Danielle: My favorite thing about this is the removable easy clean trays. It's a little slow to heat but you won't burn anything unless you set the timer and heat to the max and leave your house. I'd buy it again. Great product.
