Rebecca Hoffman: I was under the impression that this towel once you get it wet and bring it out that the temperature is cooler and that did not happen. It's okay for a towel to use out the gym or maybe a headband but not what I expected.

Nolan Smith: Not what I was hoping for... but for the money, I guess it's fine. I thought it was a 'cooling towel' that the material is cool when moist. This isn't like that. If you twirl it in the air then yes it'll get cool to use like that. If I had the choice of buying again, I'd spend the extra 5-7$ and get what I really wanted.

CHI-JEN YANG: I have been sleeping on an ice pillow every nights for years. I freeze 3-L rubber hot water bottles in fridge and use them as pillow. The pillow keeps my head cool and I sleep so much better when my head is cool. A problem with ice pillow is that they get wet from the moisture in the air. After wrap the ice pillow in these cooling towels, it does not get wet (or at least not so wet). This has been a great improvement in the quality of my sleep.

I dampen these, and tie them around my head before start - Yeah, I look like I just walked out of the early 1990’s, but it WORKS!
I would assume they work just as well as towels! LOL!
