Cathleen Craft: This is a medium weight collar. It won't last a lifetime but it is very well stitched together. The snap buckle is durable and doesn't slip out. The collar stays the length as you have adjusted it, unlike some cheap collars that eventually slip to a bigger size. Very good for puppies to start out with since they are inexpensive. You can wait until they are adult-size and buy a permanent, nice leather collar.

the small is thin and narrow. it came in a little.black bag about 2 inch by 3 inch wide and 1/8 inch thick. I thought it was some moisture bag. but it was the collar. Very light weight.

Paige: This collar itself is okay for the money spent. The nylon material stays in good shape and doesn’t fray (at least it hasn’t 2 months in). It does loosen on its own so I have to tighten it back up regularly, but it’s easy to adjust so that’s not a super big deal. The reason I gave it 3 stars ring that you attach the leash to is not closed so when the dog pulls the ring opens up and eventually pops right off the collar. Within the first week my dog had popped off. I tried to tighten the ring, but it was useless. Eventually he popped off and the ring disappeared. If you have a dog that pulls even a little DO NOT use this collar to attach a leash or outside cord to. He still wears the collar because it looks nice, but we got a harness for walks.

Jen Jordens: Meh. I was shocked at how light and flimsy feeling the collar was when it arrived. BUT FOR THE PRICE it's not awful. The clip does have a solid "snap" sound when clipping it together but the adjustment slide loosens every time my girl wears it.
NOTE: we are using this with her electric fence receiver and I don't know if it would hold up to walking on a leash.

William Edwards: The dog collar is for our 10 lb chihuahua. The old collar was too narrow, about 5/16",and a bit tight at 10 in. in length. What I was looking for was one a little wider and about 10.5 in long. What I received was 5/8" wide and 10.5 - 13" long. Perfect! and the red color stands out. The latch is much easier to operate than the old one too. But you must line the two plastic parts up straight on for it to snap together properly. All in all, A great product for a great price and super fast shipping as well. Thanks to the seller!

GSR: Our pup is 10weeks old and we wanted to have a collar that is lightweight and not too thick. This collar fit him perfectly. We are at abour 11" wide right now and there is enough range to allow us to use it for long term.
One potential improvement for this product would be to have 2 separate metal rings on either side. One for collar and other for connecting to the leash. But right now it has a single metal ring. So when we connect the leash, the tag is on the top next to the leash. Not a big deal but something to keep in mind.
