stephaniestephanie: I wouldn't recommend the drill bit or the hardware. Need a hammer drill. I had a construction company doing work at my house install it and used different bit to get into concrete and made better holes then the drill bit they recommended along with the bolts to go in the concrete. Other than that good price and was in white. I put it so the higher part was as you come up the step per my preference.

Randy Bluethman: Top rail very solid…thick metal. The connecting bolts were likely stainless steel where the remainder of the unit was black…would have liked connectors to also be black. However connections were very tight. Overall pleased. Biggest problem was finding a 10mm concrete bit. English 3/8 bit is 9.5mm so close and would have worked well if my 87 y/o front steps would not have had an unknown metal plate underneath the top 1.5 inches of concrete. A thirty minute job turned into 7 hours with two trips to Lowes. Again, not the fault of the product. I bought one for one side of the front porch and will get another for the other side.

Michael R: The brass Rawlbolts spin within the drilled holes and are very flimsy. The lag bolts in a rubber liner grip better.

Doug J: I bought 2 of them; they seem very durable & sturdy, but hand rails had some roughness.
Which required some sanding to remove the burrs, but that removed the shine.
I'll have touch it up with a little glossy black spray paint.
Also not happy that the white ones were $30 cheaper (exact same style)
