JJO: This is my go to Cajun spice on grilled chicken. It gives the skin a little crunch and great flavor. 16 oz size per container. It's heavy with sodium so that may be a concern if you're watching your diet.

Cajun JJCajun JJ: I am a Cajun from South Louisiana and can safely say that I know a thing or two about Cajun food. Slap Ya Mama seasoning is the best ratio of salt, flavor, and spiciness. I use it in most things that I cook. I live in Vegas now and I haven't been able to find it in my local grocery stores so I bought it on Amazon. When I purchased this on Amazon, I did not read the description completely and thought I was buying the larger container and had a good chuckle when I saw the 4 oz bottle when it arrived.... but it is still 4 oz of Cajun deliciousness! I am including a pic of my homemade boudin balls seasoned with Slap Ya Mama...mmm mmm mmm!
