Jane Austen: I have used this product since it first came out. And just to show you how long these crystals will scent, I used some of the first bottle I ever purchased to put in a little sachet jars as I enjoyed the fragrance. One of those jars got a lid added to it and I took the lid off of it the other day to get a pin out and that smell is as strong as it was the day I put it in there. I think it’s been almost 12 years. So if you’re looking for a laundry freshener that will last from wash to wash, this is perfect. I just love it.

Molly S.: What a great name for these Crystals! I love the quirky and fresh smell. I'm lucky because I have ordered Crystals in every scent, in every quantity etc and they have never opened or spilled. I do agree on the flimsy cap, they should tape it.

I wanted to love the beads, but not only are they twice as much as the Crystals, they do not fully dissolve. Ever. I have a front loading washing machine and when I use the beads there are always half a handful stuck to the door. Very frustrating. And the temperature of the water didn't matter. Happened in hot water too.

So now I use only Crystals. They are a decent price, and watch out for the occasional coupon on these or the 4-packs of the smaller bottles. I've gotten some steals on these with those. They Crystals always dissolve and my laundry smells fantastic! I have about a ton of this product so I really need to stop buying it but it's soooo good and they run sales and I am only human.
