Kat: Personally I love that it comes with a toothbrush and a tongue cleaner , but I’m not really seeing results but I am.
So I personally don’t know if I’m doing something wrong , or what.
It’s not that hard of instructions but it’s just brushing your teeth.

toya: This product appears to really clean my teeth, I see less plague. While it does clean teeth, it leaves a big mess around and in the sink, your clothes if your not careful. The mess can be easily cleaned up. The product is tasteless and you would have to use your regular toothpaste when you are done with this product. It would have been great if they could have added a mint taste to it or some sort of breath freshener.
