Yipee: I decided to put this towel through the paces before reviewing. I would’ve never thought an old washcloth or towel wouldn’t cut it to absorb sweat during a workout but they just don’t absorb anything at all. So I came to Amazon looking for sweat towels and came across these. These are amazing! I’ve sweated up a storm in 90 degrees temps with humidity to boot and these easily absorbed all the sweat no problem. They are a nice smooth microfiber, not the fuzzy scratchy kind that dust cloths are made of. They wash up well, I just toss them into the wash with my workout clothes and use a sports wash detergent. I love how they roll up nice and compact. I keep several in my car to use for my outdoor workouts, I take them on my bike rides, they can easily attach to a bag using the handy loop that keeps it rolled up, and I know these will be great for when I’m gardening outside in the heat as well, and I use it at work where it’s very hot in the summer too. They are so much better than a paper towel or regular hand towel. Since these are smaller, the loop is smaller and it didn’t fit around the treadmill handles at my gym, but that’s no big deal...

Roger Gordon Cruse: This towel is probably okay for most gym goers. The ones that are there, but aren’t doing much. It’s soft, but thin thin. It doesn’t hold much sweat, but most people aren’t doing enough at the gym to sweat much anyway. If you’re a serious lifter, then this is not for you.

Eric Walters: The size is good, and I like the compact nature of them for storage, however the material just isn’t great as a gym towel for skin. They would need to be a fluffier, more absorbant material. These would be great for wiping down equipment though.

Catherine H. Stringer: One of these is perfect to dry off after a quick gym shower and they are so small that they take up no space in your gym bag. Especially if you fold them and use the built in tie. Love them. Have a pack on 4 and use one per day at the gym.

Donovan Scammell: I really like these towels for the gym. They work great & I love how portable they are. I saw a few people mention that they’re stiff, but I wouldn’t say that at all, especially after washing them.

They would be even better if they were 4-6 inches longer, as I can’t quite wipe my face if the towel is hanging on my neck, but I’ll still use them as my regular gym towels.
