Colin Rawlings: Let me start off by saying I’m not a real estate investor yet. I am interested in buying and renting small multi family properties and this book is an incredible resource. I’ve purchased my fair share of real estate investing books over the years and most of which just end up being the author’s autobiography of their own successes without much actual information to help the reader on their journey. Brandon Turner and Brian Murray are the exact opposite here. This book is written in such an easy to read manner and FULL of actionable information. If you are interested in real estate investing, multifamily or single family, this book is the perfect resource to get you started. I’d give it more than 5 stars if possible.
