Joyful MommaJoyful Momma: Worked well until the charger port came out with the charger and we can no longer charge it. Acer customer support took info said the warranty was out and transferred my call to a 3rd party fee based support. Only had it for 9 months.

Steve Cavender: This is my first Chromebook so not much to compare to you. It seems to work well, although it seems I am unable to load Microsoft 365 Outlook app. So unable to access one email account. I've tried using a various Android email. Apps/clients without success, however, it affects only one email account. Account. Unfortunately that account is important.
Otherwise, for the cost, I think it's a fair value. It's unlikely that this is a big problem for others, so I hardly recommend this Chromebook.
