ABSOSO 7 Inch HD Touchscreen MP5 Double Din Car Stereo System

Leo Allen: I will be returning this as it's not at all what I was looking for.
Installation was easy and straightforward for me, as I've installed units of this type before and have existing wiring harness. I also already had end spacers from previous install. Overall, this has good sound quality, with easily adjustable EQ and Loudness settings.
Why I'll be returning - this is not for Android Auto or Apple Carplay. It connects via it's own app (Hi-Link), but it does not work for my Android phone (Pixel 8 Pro). I guess I should have read more closely as this listing indicates it works with Android 11 and lower - the current version of Android is 14.
Bluetooth connectivity works fine. And I was surprised that it includes the AM radio band as most modern stereos are doing away with it.
Unfortunately, this stereo is simply outdated and does not fit my needs at all.

Amazon Customer: To be honest I only have issue with this radio - if you are feeding data from your phone via the USB option, you cannot use the radio or mp3 player. Now I most cases probably not much of an issue, but if you are using your phones GPS (none in the android radio) you are limited to what audio you can listen to by what the phones software supports.

Other than that, I am happy with this unit. Looks nice. Wasn't hard to install - at least not in my Expedition. Has decent sound, and the remote control to attach to you wheel just makes it better.

My phone works well thru the bluetooth and good audio.

All in all, a good reasonably priced upgrade.

Larry and Yvonne: The media could not be loaded.  ***Update*** Tried to contact seller via Amazon and no response yet... This is actually a bad piece of electronic engineering, the clock won't keep time it runs slow and I reset the time go back to the home screen and look at it "Presto" 15 minutes slow...5 times in a row, the electronic touch screen in the cooler temperatures take four to five minutes to show any display... I Honestly can't Recommend this to put in a power wheel toddler's vehicle...
I've submitted a video for any help on deciding budget or high-end.
Pros: It's a 50 watt X 4 channel stereo with some really great features, Hands Free calling with Bluetooth features for playing music, sound, or noises through a smart phone (Android used) also has a casting feature through the manufacturer app (must download patiently) which is pretty cool, has an auxiliary port for headphone...

gadget geek: I've had the radio for a few months and I have loved having a touchscreen.
Pros
Screen very responsive
Sounds quality is great
Has an external mic input and subwoofer input
Installed 128 gb SD card and works fine
Steering wheel controls(you can used existing car controls, but you'll need to get the cable here on Amazon for that feature to work.)
Install was easy for me in a 2011 Kia soul.
The mirror function worked fine on my android phone.
Cons
The steering wheel controls don't have a very good range, if you turn the wheel away from the radio they'll not pic up signal.
When switching between modes on the radio from the remote it is rather slow.
Would have liked an equalizer for sound options. Not a con just easier to tune the sound the way you like.
Summation
Well worth the money. Make sure you get an install kit to fit your car, as your vehicle may require additional parts to fit your old radio.
Massive improvement for cars with older radios.

M.E.: This double-din stereo is not perfect, but I think it is excellent for such a low price point. It fit pretty well in the Metra bracket for my 2006 F-150 XLT, and it looks good in the dash. Unlike other stereos, the manufacturer did not pre-strip the wiring, though that was just a minor inconvenience. The sound quality is pretty good, though the "equalizer" only allows for adjusting the bass and treble and not a variety of sound settings like other similar stereos. I partly bought this stereo because it has the external microphone, which really does help voice clarity during hands-free phone calls. A prior unit I had only had a built-in microphone, and people said it was hard to hear or understand me at times. The mirror link works well, though as of right now there is a 1-2 second sound lag from the video. I am hoping that a firmware or software update may correct this. It would also be nice to have a personalized boot-up screen and background image. The touch screen is quite responsive, and I like the option of changing the color of the backlighting. I used a different backup camera than the one that came with this stereo, and the backup function works...
