This tent pops up instantly, is quite sturdy, and is very spacious. I like that I can carry this on my shoulder while pushing a stroller and although it took a few tries to learn how to close it, now it's easy and doesn't take more than a couple of minutes to store away. For reference I'm a 5'2, 110 lbs lady and if I can put it away - you can too! Just takes a bit of practice. Once you get the hang of it, totally worth buying.

Pros:
- super easy setup - literally open the ‘case’ and get ready for it to make a grand entrance (I like to have everyone watching before I show them the trick, blink and you’ll miss it!!)
- lightweight (see pic 4 of me backpacking with it!)
- surprisingly weatherproof - we had hail and rain in Moab and everyone stayed dry. I do believe it depends on the surface you have your tent on. The desert was fine, but having your tent on wet woods ground will have it damp. It also is recommended to use a tarp (I’m new to camping)
- Decently spacious - I fit myself (small adult female - 5’1 height so I can stretch out-ish) & a medium-big sized dog (as seen in pics 2&3)
- Durable! It’s been on a backpacking trip (albeit 5-6 miles roundtrip) and camped in multiple states so far!
Cons:
- really this is just MY con, but I cannot fold the tent back into place. I’ve had friends always have to help - I seem to get lost when you put it in the figure 8. I just need to watch videos how to fold it until I have it mastered.

This tent is very light weight and appears pretty well built for what it is. It has a decent tarp bottom. It would be ok for camping in the back yard in pleasant weather. The younger kids will love it. Note that it doesn't come with a rain fly.
I pops up very rapidly, and would also be pretty nice on the beach as long as you weigh it down. Putting it away is tougher. I needed to use multiple videos from Youtube to figure it out. (The trick is knowing you are folding it into thirds.) Once you've got it figured out, it's very quick to put it away, (about 1-2 minutes.)
I am 5'6" and I found the tent to be a very comfortable size. If you are bigger than 6ft and have a big mattress, it will probably be too small for you.
The outside dimensions of this item are 52" x 87" at it's widest and longest dimensions. The corners are rounded and the sides slope inward so not all of that is usable. In short, this isn't a box. Note: the dimensions are deformable, so if this tent is slightly too wide or slightly too long, you can probably make it fit.
For those interested in the height, this was a much tougher dimension to get, so I had to eyeball...

It comes in a zipper bag with a tiny bag that includes metal prong thingies and rope to hold the tent down. I bought this to use at the beach since beach umbrellas are a hassle. Can't tell you how many times an umbrella collapsed on us or flown across the beach.
This tent is lightweight, easy for a flabby armed quarantined body mom of two to carry on the shoulders while walking from the parking lot to the beach. When you get it out of the bag, it literally just pops up into shape.
The trick was folding it back down. The struggle was real. I'd recommend watching a few videos on YouTube because the pictures don't really explain the details. Once we got it down a few times, it was a breeze to fold it back down after using it at the beach.
I'd recommend using the metal prongs to push it down on the sand or dirt. The bottom of the tent is thin so if you're using it on dirt or grass, I'd recommend a tarp. The doors on both sides has zippers inside and out and mesh as well. There are two windows on the small side with little ties and straps to tie up the window flaps as well.
Overall, I'd recommend this tent for the beach. Not sure how water...

Set up in seconds, don't expect to pack it up in a few minutes though.

SPeery: This was a lifesaver over the summer. I purchased it as somewhat of a portable play yard for my 7 month old. We spend a lot of time outdoors and I was looking for portability, shade and something to keep bugs out. This was absolutely perfect for that and we used it a lot. I was able to put my little one inside with a portable fan in the shade with some toys. It has zippered "windows and doors" on all sides for great air flow and the netting kept bugs out. He couldn't escape and I was able to let him down without digging grass or rocks out of his mouth every few minutes. It was big enough, that not only did he have lots of room to "roam" but there were many occasions where my other kids would climb inside to play with him or nap in the shade. The first time I popped it up was in my living room. I was anxious to see it but I absolutely could NOT get it folded back up. I sat and watched YouTube videos on how to fold it up and finally got it. Once I knew how, however, it was pretty simple and just took a few minutes every time thereafter. It does come with instructions, but it was just more clear for me watching someone do it.
