Kayla: My daughter's are adopted out of foster care and I can not praise these books enough. It has helped my oldest especially become more emotionally mature and it just opens up bridges for deeper conversations. The information in these books are not anything new but it's given in a way that is easy to understand for younger children.

P: Excellent box set. Brought alongside the plush toys so the children in school could relate to the characters. I love the way there is a story and then a rap/ song at the end the children can recall when they are feeling this way. Very useful to support and relate to children’s feelings.

Erin: As a children’s therapist, these books are awesome to use with kiddos and they love them. One little girl told her mom she had to get them. Explains emotions perfectly. I am tempted to use the books with some of my adult clients! :)

Christy: My child (6) has been having issues with handling their emotions recently. I was searching around for books that would help us talk about emotions in different ways, and I came across this set. Looking at all the different sets that come after this, I decided to try the first 8 book set. My child LOVES them. They choose which emotion we read about at night, and then it leads to a discussion of when they have felt it. We will definitely be moving on to the other sets, too!
