tdoremi: It’s a great little beverage fridge, but the door bolts are on so tight that even out most powerful power tools can’t loosen those bolts. I’m stuck with the door opening the wrong direction for my space.
Makes a little gurgling noise.
Otherwise I’m happy with this purchase

Richard B. Degenhart: This fridge is a godsend with a wife that will drink my beer, kids that will drink my coffee creamer, and eat my food. Am I a jerk (I'd use another word, but they would probably remove the review)? Yes. Yes, I am. I don't care! I don't buy whiskey, beer, and coffee creamer for other people to drink it! The fridge as a great price, and it locks! Can the lock be easily defeated? I'm sure it can. I've picked much harder locks, but the family can't! The LED light gives the basement a nice glow. I don't have to turn on the light to sneak a shot of whiskey.

I don't know what warmth and thickness have to do with a fridge, Amazon. Those features you asked me to do make no sense. It's not warm, it's cold! It's a fridge! Thickness? Really? It's a fridge, not a TV.

Paul R Newell: I've seen several reviews regarding temp control access and temp capability.

The manufacturer placed an easy access temp control/w light switch inside unit at top, just like big fridges.
Easy to use and understand.

The reviews on temp suggesting lack of ability to thoroughly chill, so I set to maximum cold.
Most of my beverages froze partially or completely. A quick warmer adjustment fixed that quickly.
I do use the fridge in an air conditioned space, maybe that helps?

It does make some noises, but not enough to gain my attention or be of concern.

Very attractive, white with chrome accents. Good height for the short space I had available.

Highly recommend, and I would absolutely buy again, thanks Whynter!

Amazon Customer: We purchased this refrigerator from Whynter Co. in August 2016 and also bought the extended warranty. The product indicates it can store and cool 90 beverage cans. We followed all instructions for proper set-up, placement,etc in our home. The refrigerator worked well for about 6 months. Unfortunately, it began to have difficulty maintaining a cool setting and the beverages ended up being too warm. By May 2017 we reached out to the company to see how we could correct the issue. Our email included specific details about how we were storing and using our refrigerator, as well as, photographs. The company replied to our inquiries several times over the next few weeks with very generic customer service template responses; clearly indicating they were not reading our correspondence thoroughly. We did try the few suggestions they offered for unplugging and readjusting the settings without success. We finally resorted to calling the company directly to discuss the issue. We were informed that we would need to spend our own money shipping the refrigerator back to the company headquarters in California. We live in MA. We researched the shipping and discovered...

Kurt HKurt H: Superb little frig. All the drinks are cold. Put inside in the corner of kitchen, no longer have to open the entire big frig to get out one pop. Says not to use an extension cord (undoubtedly for liability reasons) but claims to need only 85 watts. Used a cord rated for 1650 watts. Works great on setting 5 out of 7. Beer and pop are perfectly cold, just as cold as our 44 degree frig. Put tall bottles in bottom area as shown in photo. No endorsements intended, but of course as I am from near Kalamazoo, the Oberon from Bell's is wonderful. Light is LED. No heat from that. Looks (and weighs) very professional. The TEAM LIFT warning on it is real. I barely got it into the truck alone from where UPS dropped it off at the end of the driveway. Had daughter help move it to kitchen. One of the BEST PACKAGED ITEMS I CAN REMEMBER. I don't know how anyone could dent this in shipping short of dropping it off a truck. I filled a recycle bin with cardboard from unpacking this. Corrugated sections, pads of dense foam, (so dense I took them off to make another project), number 2 plastic corner protection. Amazing. Zero regrets.
