UsCoops: I always get so annoyed trying to clean out those tiny quinoas after rinsing in my strainer - well no more! This strainer does an amazing job as it has a really tight weave. The handle is solid and it seems quite well constructed. so happy!

goodkingwilliam: Can be a little difficult to clean but we knew how small the holes were. It’s sturdy and holds a lot! I like the length because you can rest it in your sink while you stain food out

Rei Mizuna enjoyer: now its good quality, i only bought this to filter out oil after frying chicken and from what i remember it does the job well
before u take the plunge maybe have one last look around cus u might be able to find something cheaper in local stores, like amazon isnt always the best value i guess
plus for $40 u could find a set or something and get more use out of it but if ur not pressed then yh whatever bro just buy it ha ha xD

James Noyes: Our last strainer began trapping small grains, etc. under the rim, and the mesh began to fray - it wasn't that old. So, we invested in this one, which should last easily 25 years. Some of the edges of the handle could have used a bit more buffing, since it almost has a feeling of being sharp. Overall, great product!

MillieKittan: Needed a metal sieve to drain hot food and this seemed a good mix of price and quality. There is some flex in the handle for the size, just don't try to fill it with potato and it's fine. Only problem with it is it's a pain to clean, the mesh is so fine that it traps crumbs, but overall very satisfied.

El Tel: Bought this item to replace a plastic one that had unfortunately been left in the wrong place on the gas hob. Not a good idea. This sieve is the same size as the one I had but much sturdier and cleaner looking, it has a very fine mesh so can be used for sieving virtually anything. Looks like something you would find in a professional kitchen so for the money I think it was an excellent buy.
