8oz Bottle of Walrus Oil Cutting Board and Wood Butcher Block Oil - FDA Food-Safe

KS: I have 1 large chopping board, 2 medium boards, and 1 small board. I oil all 4 boards once a month to keep them in top shape. I bought this bottle of oil 15 months ago and I’m just now ordering a 2nd bottle. This works beautifully and keeps my boards in excellent shape. I also use it for dry spots on my soapstone countertops around the sink area. Works great for that too.

Alex: It’s not hard to put on at all but it would be easier with a applicator sponge.
After the 24 hour cure time, I wiped the excess off very well and it was oily to the touch. The finish was alright just not exactly the finish I was hoping.

Botflyguy: I received a nice new wood cutting board for a Christmas present . I knew to use mineral oil to protect and seal the board before using it. I could not locate any mineral oil and got funny looks from the ‘employees’ when I asked for it. I could tell they didn’t know what mineral oil was. So I saw this product on Amazon and ordered it. Works great and absorbs/seals the wood just fine. I have a good amount left for touching up later. Recommend !

Kristy: I have a set of three cutting boards I received years ago. The smallest is my favorite and sees a lot of use. I noticed that the layers were starting to separate. I didn't take very good care of it, putting it in the dishwasher, never oiling it. I was shopping for a replacement and this was an Amazon suggestion. Bought it thinking maybe I could save my cutting board. It was amazing. I coated the board and let it sit overnight. The board absorbed all the oil so I did a second coat. The wood layers still have gaps because that can't be helped, but my bamboo cutting boards are all happy and healthy again!
