I have super sensitive skin, especially on my chest. Wearing bras is a no go for me, so I've gotten into the habit of wearing pasties almost everyday. I was using different ones, but the adhesive would irritate my skin too much. After I switched to these ones, I haven't had any issues. Bonus is that you can't see the outline of them even under tighter clothing! Definitely my favorite.

These apply easily, and they stay on better than the non-satiny ones. The petal shaped ones have a bit of a design flaw, though. The petals are cut too deep in between each one, so once they're on the breast, there is a tiny crease between each petal that is a bit rough and can catch on fabric. This may not be an issue on someone with a smaller or less pointed breast shape, but for a large bust it is a bit problematic. It would definitely show those bump-creases through a thin fabric, but doesn't show through a thicker fabric. They stayed on all day, I almost forgot to take them off before bed even. They came off easily, though. My skin is VERY sensitive to adhesives and I'm allergic to almost all of them, including some of the ones used in medical settings, but these gave me no irritation or reaction.

These are so sticky, it's perfect for the Texas heat bc I'm sweating my tits off and these bad boys are staying put! I also like these for bathingsuits. It prefer to take the padding out but then I'm nip'n! So I put these on and they last until I take them off.
All that said, I'd say the best way to remove them is in the shower with soap and water! The adhesive is usually still on my skin so that can be annoying but it's easy to get off with a wet rag and lotion
