jwnewman: We purchased the 8 oz. clear glass bottles in order to upgrade the plastic-hand-sanitizer-bottle-look. They did just that, too! The bottles are clear and a nice quality. About half of the pumps proved to be tricky to unlock, but with persistence and following the arrow on the pump, we were able to unlock all of them - and they all work. Were the plastic tubes/straws a bit longer than we wanted? Yes. However, they easily cut on the desired angle with a pair of regular scissors. The labels are cute, stuck right to the bottles, and were easily written upon with the included marker. We are happy with these 8 oz. glass bottles for our hand sanitizer.

hibyou: If you’re getting them for a product you plan to sell, you might want to get the pumps separately, they feel flimsy and not high quality. But the bottles are a great value for the money you pay

HannahL: First: the pumps. After reading the reviews, I was worried that the pump wouldn’t work. And when I tried to “unlock” the pump, it didn’t work with just my hands. I didn’t want to grab the wrench so I just bit down on the white part of the pump (the part of the pump that goes IN the bottle) and untwisted the black top with my hand. Popped right out. So just know that you have to hold the bottom without letting it move when you unlock the pump.

These are great. Coupled with my label-maker, my shower now looks fantastic. I didn’t like all the various colors and brands in my shower so I switched everything over to these. If you are refilling a slow-moving “liquid” such as conditioner, I recommend investing in a “Smart-Funnel” so you can set it and leave it.
