70 Gallon Keter Solana Outdoor Storage Bench Deck Box

Mad Mav: The media could not be loaded.  I am so happy with this storage bench. First of all, the color is fantastic. It matches the dark wooden beams in our house and fits with the decor in the living room. It does not look like an outdoor bench in my opinion, it can work inside just fine.
Second, I was able to install this all on my own, and I struggle to assemble things sometimes. I didn’t need any fancy tools, I just followed the directions and slapped some things into place (literally slapped it with my hand to get it into position).
Third, our cats love it as a sitting area next to the dining room table, and they can look out the window by the front door. We add a cushion on the seat for them, and open the curtains. I could see dogs enjoying that just the same.
Finally, and most importantly: it’s fantastic for storage! I will say, it does not look sturdy enough to hold...

Mike in KC: Easy to assemble if you pay attention to the simple instructions and use a little common sense (I kept waiting for "the catch" based on some of the other reviews but it never came) - most of it just snaps together rather easily - had it fully assembled in less than an hour and it exceeds my expectations at this price point.

Several other reviews mentioned it being flimsy - yes and no. Yes, some of the plastic pieces are flimsy as individual pieces, but assembled as a whole and secured with just a few screws the bench is surprisingly solid - makes you appreciate the design a bit if you pay attention to that kind of thing ;-)

cherylcheryl: let me begin by saying it came a day early that was nice it definitely did not come the way I thought it would have I thought it would have been heavy duty plastic that would you know snap together oh my god it was like crazy to put together and to me it's all the parts separately are very flimsy so structurally it looks durable and steady sturdy I don't think so The bottom isn't even made of the heavy duty plastic it's like plastic coated cardboard or yeah like plastic coated cardboard definitely don't think it was worth $140 something dollars maybe $79 speci since it was a pain in the butt to put together definitely wouldn't buy it again and I definitely wouldn't recommend it it looks like it's nice and sturdy but you couldn't put nothing really heavy inside cuz it would probably go fall right to the ground but anyway not a good bye

Gail: This brown storage bench is great - once we got it together. Instructions were a little confusing at times but we finally figured it out. The instructions were just pictures - which was ok but maybe some written instruction would make it easier. All in all it's a great bench. Seems very sturdy and a lot of storage space. It looks great on my patio with my other furniture and it is comfortable. Good price too. I would definitely buy again if need be. Don't know how waterproof it is - but time will tell!

Raymond Helmick: I honestly have been looking for a storage bench like this for some time. This was at a great price, the storage capabilities are pretty large and perfect for what I was needing and it was pretty simple to assemble. Just don’t make a bone headed mistake and snap the pieces in the wrong direction they can be tough to get out to put in the right way but that’s on me not the instructions or product. It is sturdy for being a hard plastic material. My wife, my daughter (9) and myself fit on it a little snug but I didn’t feel like it was going to collapse or bend. All in all if you are looking for a storage bench this is the one.

Amazon shipped out another Keter Solana bench. It also had the same defects. I again reached out to Keter and finally recieved a response. Read below.
