Dan HamiltonDan Hamilton: I have been installing stereos for a long time, and generally this one install pretty easily. For the most part, everything has been working, except for just a week or so after the installation, the backup camera died unexpectedly. This weekend I finally got a chance to tear the thing apart and investigate, thinking a wire simply came unattached or something like that. Everything is connected fine, I have rewired it, and checked everything with a multimeter, everything is fine, just the camera no longer works. I tried contacting support but was told it was no longer under warranty! This is ridiculous! I bought the thing on February 11th, it took several days to get to me, and now it's March 19th. This has been barely over a month, but within much less than that period of time, the camera is dead! Considering the circumstance, and the lack of support, I would be very hesitant to recommend this product! Also, if you're planning to buy this to hook up your Android, it generally works pretty well, except on some occasions you might have to unplug it and plug it in a few extra times in order to get it to work. Not sure if that's an issue with the stereo or not, but I tried it on...

J. Edkin: So far, this is a mixed bag. I bought two, one for each of my vehicles. a 2015 Nissan Rogue and a 2010 Nissan Sentra.

It is not compatible with the preinstalled back up camera on the Rogue. The Rogue's camera doesn't use an RCA output, so it can't connect directly to the stereo head unit. As near as I can tell, the stereo is not compatible with the Nissan's steering wheel stereo controls. The wiring diagram for the stereo shows a single brown wire for steering wheel control whereas the OEM connector has four wires. Additionally, the head unit does not quite fit in the Metra dash until I purchased to install it into the Rogue. I did not finish installation and will probably return the unit.

I was able to install the stereo in the Sentra, but had the same issue with the steering wheel control wiring. Also, when I connected my Android 10 phone via USB to test Android Auto, the stereo gave me a "you must upgrade the software" message. This was frustrating as the product description claims the stereo is compatible with Android 10. The manual says to contact the vendor for the upgrade, but does not tell you how to contact the vendor. So far, a Google search has not...

onecuwldoodonecuwldood: OK, I used this head unit for a little different purpose. I built an old school Boombox with it! It did look awesome in it. It's truly amazing the speakers this thing will push too! MicroSD works flawlessly as does USB and Bluetooth. I did install a hidden antenna and it picks up my local radio stations just fine. I wish the Android Auto worked with Android 11. The manual says you can update the radio software to work with later versions but I've not been able to find the upgrade file on their site and no luck so far contacting them. I tried the chat feature on the site without luck and I can't find contact info. I have left a "question" here on Amazon so we'll see if they respond with anything helpful there. Other than the outdated software so far I'm pleased with this unit.

First off I would like to retract what I said before about hieha company I had a problem where my radio system was not keeping up with my phone couldn’t mirror link use my usb etc after my phone had done an update so I wrote emails wrote Facebook messages to company no answer finally I receive a personal email from ms. Amy owner of the company telling me how she had read my review & wanted to fix the situation. I said nah this fake no company has ever taken time out there personal time to not only write me about my problem but also had the understanding about firmware & future updates etc that there equipment would need. Now I personally have been part of beta programs for a big brand company in the past & I know for a fact that they would just leave the costumer hanging with no solution. Not only did ms.
