Update: the unit still the same. The GPS still not working. However, the customer service rep reached out to me and gave me the whole refund. Really really appreciate that they are willing to fix the problem.
Bought this unit for gps purpose. It looks nice, easy to install, sound great, but gps doesn’t work. It says “satellite lost” almost every 5 second. Plus, it did not come with a backup camera as advertised.

Bryan Peters:
1st The Installation instructions were not clear on the wiring. ACC is the line you connect to the Ignition line. Back is the 12V Rear-view camera power line. The radio reception is worse than the old $50.00 radio I replaced. The Time does not stay on the display, and the Time will not stay set correctly. Not worth the 100.00 I spent. Not sure if there might be a firmware update but from what I have read there is no firmware updates.
Update 1-6-21 SO there customer service contacted me and offered a different model that is an Android version. They said not not send back the old one also. SO there customer service is great. I will see how the newer model works out. This is the Android version they offered me https://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B081DV8NKZ/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o00_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1. Will review this model after I have had a chance to use it.

Alex: The product looks as shown in the listing, but the quality control and ease of installation are HORRIBLE! The schematic doesn't come with the unit. It comes in an email as a PDF, and was NOT written by someone who knows English like a first language. The wires as referenced by color and position on the PDF do NOT match what was installed, so if you're not paying attention to pin position but using the color, you will be wiring it wrong. Orange is brown, brown is orange, etc. Next, there is no "aftermarket plug" for this manufacturer, so you DO have to cut and splice the wires into the old harness, making the installed harness useless if you change the radio down the line. Further, the wires in the included item are significantly smaller and of poorer quality than those installed in the vehicle, making proper use of splices virtually impossible, forcing you to hand solder each and every connection to have any hope that the unit will function. The cable for the backup camera is not long enough to reach the back of any vehicle, unless you plan on mounting it on your roof. The connections are not watertight type, so the interior installation will require you...

Mercy CatMercy Cat:
This works well and sounds good through my speakers. The touch screen isn't very responsive and I'm concerned that's enough to return it.
I haven't been able to program the steering wheel controls and am not sure if it's the module or the system.
No luck with the phone link option but may be the cable or my operating system is too new.
Can't find how to turn off the rearview camera settings that turn off the music when you reverse and may only be able to disconnect the wire.
The gps works and found my area but it's not easy to use. Just trying to enter where u want to go is really hard to find. Several unresponsive submenus makes it fairly obsolete.
The Bluetooth is great after u turn off all the excessive gps warnings that cut out ur music every 5 seconds.
I can't get the front aux input to work and that's half of why I bought it. I want media freedom. There's nothing in the directions on how to select this input and it may be a deal breaker.
The usb port charges my ipod and phone. I've played music off a usb drive and it works fine but doesn't display the tracks. I haven't tried the sd input yet but the map card was read fine.
The remote...

Professor Craig Donor: Unit install was straight forward. There is no option on the radio to turn on amps via remote. Installed using RCA outputs to my amp and sound is VERY LOW, even with Sub amp and speaker amp. Love the display, backround choices suck, limited customization and not Android based. Customer service is excellent.
