Julian F.: Purchased for a motorcycle camping trip. Fairly easy to put up/take down. Spacious for one person and gear. Slightly cramped for 2 people with gear, unless you like sleeping close. As with ANY tent purchased, I'd recommend you seal the seams, but rain fly protected very good during a small down pour. Must tie down if camping with strong wind in unprotected areas. Would not take into the extreme wilderness, but if looking for a good lightweight, inexpensive tent, for light to medium recreational camping, I recommend this product.

Aric Bidwell: Overall this tent is a great value for the money.

My camping situation:
We camped in North Texas in October. It was pretty cold in the evenings (about 40 degrees) and the tent was a bit chilly at times. The main reason for this was that the vented area at the top of the tent does not completely close. I know this is not a design unique to this tent, but in 40 degrees and 20mph winds, I think it makes a big difference. However, having said that, the tent held up incredible well considering the punishing winds it endured. We had all stakes put out and the tent never faltered or ripped or flattened even though I'm pretty sure there were occasional gusts of up to 40mph. Sadly I did not get a chance to see how the tent did in the rain as it was dry our entire trip right up until the morning of the last day. By then we'd already torn the tent down to begin packing. Overall I think the tent did really well and I might have pushed it a bit beyond what it was designed for in temperatures, but I was really impressed. The seams seem strong and the zippers do as well. It's easy to put up and down, even in the challenging wind and it's pretty light for as large as...

ValorieValorie: I was amazed to unbox a briefcase size tent with handy sturdy carrying straps. It’s more lightweight than my purse. Sorry about the picture but I took it late at night after I set up and hadn’t made the bed. I got the four person tent and it was ideal for my deluxe twin air mattress and my bucket and two bags. Of course I had to fill the mattress inside but it was a double zip door with a half screen.
It was cold and damp at night but had no moisture inside Nice roomy mesh pocket inside that held flashlight and keys and glasses. I hung my lantern above me. The designer must be a real camper because they were detail oriented. Nice ventilation and rain fly went on well I could lay and look up at the stars without it also. Easy to put up and I took it down quickly three times for this trip. No complaints about this at all

Willow: I bought this tent only to use for late night girls' night "campouts" on the back deck with my teen daughter to watch movies and have snacks, without being eaten alive by mosquitos. I just bring in my laptop. I can't vouch for the water resistance, since it wasn't raining when we used it (so far just once) but here's my experience:
I unpacked it. The directions were pretty easy. I'm sure I'll put it together in half the time in the future since I now know how to do it, but it literally only took me about 10 minutes, and that was with stopping a lot to read the instructions. I think the rain cover was actually more difficult for me to figure out and took longer to install than the actual tent, but now I know how to do it. This tent can be put up with rain cover in 5 minutes once you know what you're doing. It's VERY lightweight, comes in a small carry bag. Since we only used it on the deck, we didn't need to use the stakes for tying it down, but they are included. It's is sturdy enough for what we're using it for and appears to be well made. There was plenty of room inside for us to relax on a pile of pillows in front of the laptop with 2 small dogs...

AshleyAshley: This is tent is perfect for our needs, especially at the cost. I didn't want to spend too much money since this tent will only be used in a lean-to (we're allowed tents in lean-tos where we're going but check your local rules) to keep mosquitos and other bugs out in bug country. I'm 5'2 and my husband is 5'11 and we both fit perfectly in this tent. Enough space for us in our two person sleeping bag. The tent was VERY easy to assemble, with the instructions in the bag that it came with. Setting it up for the first time took around 15 minutes but now that we know how it works, I assume that when we put it to actual use, it'll only take less than 10 minutes to set it up. Disassembling it was even easier, taking less than 5 minutes for only one person. It's not an ultralight tent for backpacking/backcountry but it is lightweight enough to carry through a campground. I can't attest to how waterproof it is because I don't intend to use this outside of a lean-to. Can't wait to use it in 2 weeks!

EDIT: Used it during our camping trip. Worked perfectly for our needs. Added a pic. Roomy enough for me and my husband (5'2 and 5'11). Love the internal compartment...
